The “For Providers” section of our website provides resources for referring providers and their support staff. By registering with PACS, medical offices can gain secure access to review imaging studies and retrieve imaging reports.

If you are a new PACS user, please follow the registration process below.

Full secure access privileges of the PACS System may be obtained through our simple account registration process. The process is fast and easy, and helps us verify your identity and keeps your information secure. You may register by email or phone.

Download and complete the HIPAA Confidentiality and Information Access Agreement and email to IT_Support .

By Phone

Call SFI’s IT Department at (505) 983-9350 and ask to be transferred or email IT_Support@SantaFeImaging.com.

For Providers Regarding Bone Density Reporting

• Because the graph of the bone density report has color we do not send it by fax. We mail out these reports. These reports do NOT show up in MyChart. There are two ways to views these reports online:
  • For CHRISTUS providers you can view these reports bylogging into EPIC and looking at the media manager to see scanned documents.
  • For other providers you can view these reports by accessing PACS and looking under SCANNED DOCUMENTS.
