• We added an appointment request form pop up that appears when you first load the website. Patients can use this as a faster and more conveniently request an appointment. Someone from our scheduling department will call the patient to get them scheduled. 
• Providers can send referrals using the form on this page. 

• We are currently working on updating our ordering guide. When it is ready we begin to deliver it via hardcopy or digital
• If you refer a patient for a brain MRI for a specific reason (i.e. IAC, pituitary, dizziness, nausea, vertigo, blurred vision, etc.) we must do a second exam that needs authorization.

• Patients and healthcare providers can now upload medical images from a storage device, such as a CD, USB flash drive or DVD, from the convenience of their own computer. Click HERE to learn more.
